Presentation of law, policies and practice over the past decade and the current human rights case against Denmark for Shared Parenting and prevention of Parental Alienation.

During World War 2, the American president, Franklin D Roosevelt, stated "Look to Norway!". He wanted the United States to join the Allies and believed that Norway, a small country with few resources, was a role model.

Now we have to change this slogan to: Look to Denmark! Here, the legislation has been changed so that gender discrimination becomes more difficult, and the starting point in the children's legislation is that children should retain equal contact with both parents even after divorce. In this You-Tube video, the leader of the Fathers' Association, Jesper Lohse, talks about the progress they have managed to fight through, but also about the obstacles that stand in the way of children's and adults' human rights being realized.
