Eight Behaviors for Distinguish Alienated from Abused Children

In this short presentation the process of parental alienation (PA) is explained in a very didactic way. It is important to understand that PA is a relational process and not a diagnosis that we can ascertain by YES or NO. It is a process that can be prevented and mitigated. Therefore, it is important to identify the elements that may lead to a status where the child is captured in a “loyalty prison”. It is damaging for the child and both parents alike.
